Chief Ifeanyichukwu Chairman of the board of Directors of Aspire Microfinance Bank Limited. He is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He began his career as an accountant at Canada Life Assurance of England, eventually moving to UAC of Nigeria PLC. , Bata Nigeria Limited, Assistant General Manager at National Electric Power Authority and Head of Finance, Cadbury Nigeria Limited. He is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Concept Group, and on the board of Directors of companies. Including Abbey Building Society, Gaslink Nigeria Limited, Paymaster Limited and UBA Ghana.

Mr. Mike has over 25 years’ experience across Accounting, Taxation, Corporate re-engineering, Investment, Financial services, Capital market operation, Foreign exchange operations, Mortgage banking, Investment banking, Microfinance banking, Development finance. Mr. Isiekwene is familiar with regulatory issues in banking (CBN), Insurance (NICON), Capital market (SEC). Mr. Isiekwene has been in the corporate world in the last 20 years, relating with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation(NDIC),Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), National Insurance Commission (NAICOM), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Federal Inland Revenue Services (FIRS) and different state Internal Revenue Services at various times. Mr. Isiekwene holds a degree both in Accounting and Economics. He has an MBA specializing in cost management; he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN), Chartered Institute of Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Cost Management among others. Mr. Isiekwene is currently Managing Director / Chief Executive officier of Aspire Micro Finance Bank Limited.

Mr Chukwuma is an Accounting and Finance graduate of the University of Leeds, England. A member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He has held various management positions at reputable organizations in England and Nigeria, including; State Street Investment & Trust Bank, Fagan & Company Chartered Accountants and Delbau & Company Chartered Accountants. He is experienced in strategy and business formulation as well as performance management. As the Chief Operating Officer, Chukwuma is responsible for driving and coordinating the activities of Rosabon Financial Services.

Dr Ifeanyi is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of E-Terra Technology Limited, he is very strong on high-level business development, strategic performance management, operational audit, relationship management, organization quality assurance and control amongst others. He is alumunus of Glion Institute of Higher Education, Glion, Switzerland and University of Coventry where he bagged United Kingdom Postgraduate Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management and Bachelor of Arts in Law.
